What are the security concerns on that?

When user downloads Arogya setu app, they are asked to submit few personal details like name, gender, age, etc.
They must do their self assessment test, whenever they feel unwell.

Bluetooth based contact tracer is used in it.
When user turns covid-19 positive, it traces the location of that particular user securely with the help of user's details.
Personal details of users are encrypted and no personal information is exchanged.
